Free shipping
All products from our shop are shipped free. Also for items send by Mail no shipping fee is calculated.
 
Delivery zones
We currently ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. On request delivery to other countries are possible. Delivery requests can be sent to (orders@dentacs.com).
 
Delivery Times
Items that are purchased as a download product can be downloaded immediately after payment. For payments with the payment provider PayPal the download is available immediately after successful completion of payment and confirmation of the payment provider.

Please note that this confirmation in exceptional cases (eg. PayPal Debit) can take several days.
