• Prior telephone discussion of the problem
• Analysis of customer data required for fixed price offer
• You send us the data to be repaired
• You will receive a fixed price offer for the repair
• The repair is usually done within 3 weeks after receipt of order
• Integration into Sidexis is carried out by remote support or a dealer technician

Clarification / advice and if necessary, data analysis are taken into account when a order is place
